• Well Implemented Course Plan:
  We take utmost care while designing the syllabus and systematically follow it. Time table and session plan issued to students is very much topic specific and each and every topic is covered in detail with many examples. Time to time revision lectures are incorporated to avoid any loose link. Syllabi are completed in time and a series of mock tests and doubt solving sessions are conducted to boost he morale of the students.We also make a session plan of teaching of whole academic year.

• Study Material :
  We provide complete educational kit (free of cost) to the students, which includes standard books, printed study material prepared by our expert faculties, question sets containing more than 500 pakka examline questions and problems begining with the simple problems and gradually increasing its difficulty level

• we provides live class notes since most of the students can learn what they heared in class and can cognite by the same time

• Performance Tracking :
  Every month MEGA TEST is conducted apart from weekly topic wise tests and discussed in very next class to enhance their understanding and to remove their misconceptions on those topics. Tests records are displayed on the notice board very next day. Also few surprise tests are conducted to keep them on track throughout their preparation.

• Parents-Teacher Meeting:
  Parents are called on regular basis to discuss about their wards performance. These discussions are done in the presence of their wards which are very productive in improving the performance of students. Along with this student counselling is also done regularly to extract the best out of them.

• Sastra+ is a series of intensive motivational and educational psychology programs from eminent personalities for Sastra students on a regular basis.

• we projects  scientific humanitarian perspectives and so the inter personal relationship between teachers and students is conducive for  mutual learning of science and life even through extra curricular art programs,yearly tour etc.
